Tai Chi is an ancient exercise with gentle, flowing movements that has been practiced for hundreds of years for health and peace of mind. Participants in this workshop will be doing warm-up exercises and learn a form that they can practice at home.
About the instructor: David Saplansky began practicing and teaching Tai Chi in the early 70s with a great Master from mainland China. Most recently, he has been doing some intensive practice and studying another form of Tai Chi that is beneficial for balance, health and peace of mind.
