Learn what it means to be grateful through stories, games, and, of course, yoga poses! Children and families will learn calming breathing techniques and fun partner poses while celebrating the love and gratitude often felt this time of year. Presented by Courtney D’Avella of Yoga Friends.
Free—no mats or yoga experience required.
